PROFIX Auto Repair

I’ve used PROFIX Auto Repair before, and they’ve always been extremely professional and helpful. This last problem with my car was a doozy and took a little time for their mechanic to figure out, but they stuck with it, found the issue, and eventually corrected the mistake that was made by another auto shop! I really appreciate how they communicate throughout the process. They talk you through everything before doing the work. At the store, they also have a detailed profile in your account that shows what’s going on with your vehicle and what they’re doing to fix it. Great communication, great service, and most importantly, I’m grateful to finally be back on the road! Highly recommend PROFIX!

Your one stop shop for Tesla service! In a state where finding shops to service them is difficult enough, it's awesome to have a place as knowledgeable and friendly as this. They communicate through the entire process from start to finish so you're never stuck wondering what is going on. Philip is great and even personally gave me some tips on Model S ownership from a long time owner.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing service! They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired and safe for my kiddos and I. Timely and well organized. Great communication during the duration of service. And clear ETA for completion and pricing. Their pricing was incomparable, in the best way, to other quotes I had shopped around for locally.

I had an outstanding experience with PROFIX! My Tesla Model S had an AC compressor failure during my road trip from Austin to California, and they got me in the very same day. The team performed a thorough diagnostic, quickly identified the root cause of the problem, and fixed it efficiently. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and transparent. They took the time to explain everything, and I felt confident my car was in expert hands. It’s not easy to find a shop that knows how to properly diagnose and repair Teslas, but PROFIX exceeded all my expectations. Top-notch customer service, excellent communication, and quality work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy service. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly!

I had a great experience! They were honest, fast, and upfront throughout the entire process. They quickly figured out what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it at a fair price without recommending unnecessary work. Everyone was friendly, and I really appreciated being able to drop my car off before they opened. It made everything so much more convenient. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning for future repairs
